TG20 is administered through a structured governance framework designed to ensure transparency, operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

The league is guided by experienced administrators, cricket professionals and industry leaders who collectively oversee the strategic, commercial and sporting aspects of the tournament.

Single Member Committee

Constitutional Authority & Oversight

The Single Member Committee represents the highest constitutional authority within the governance structure of TG20. Positioned above the Apex Council and Governing Council, it serves as the ultimate oversight body ensuring that all decisions, operations and regulatory frameworks of the league remain aligned with the principles of fairness, transparency and institutional integrity.

The Committee is entrusted with safeguarding the spirit and structure of the competition while ensuring that TG20 operates within the defined regulatory framework of the Hyderabad Cricket Association. It functions as the final point of review for matters of governance, dispute resolution and regulatory interpretation.

At the helm of this committee is Justice P. Naveen Rao, whose leadership brings judicial expertise, independence and institutional credibility to the governance of the league. His role ensures that TG20 maintains the highest standards of accountability and procedural fairness in all administrative and cricketing matters.

The Single Member Committee is responsible for:

• Providing final oversight on governance and regulatory matters
• Reviewing and adjudicating escalated disputes or exceptions
• Ensuring compliance with league constitution and HCA regulations
• Upholding transparency and fairness across all operational layers
• Acting as the highest decision-making authority in exceptional cases

Apex Council

The Apex Council serves as the highest governing authority of the Hyderabad Cricket Association. It provides strategic direction, oversight and policy guidance for the development of cricket across Telangana and supports key initiatives such as TG20.

The Council is responsible for:

• Governance and regulatory oversight.
• Long-term strategic planning.
• Infrastructure and cricket development.
• Financial stewardship.
• Institutional growth and stakeholder engagement.

TG20 Governing Council

The Governing Council is responsible for the overall administration and commercial management of TG20.

The Council oversees:

• League operations and administration.
• Franchise relations.
• Commercial partnerships and sponsorships.
• Broadcast and media rights.
• Marketing and fan engagement.
• Event management and league growth initiatives.

The Governing Council works closely with franchise owners, commercial partners and cricket stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the tournament.
